Keven Baxter
Mr. Baxter specializes in technology and media licensing and business and commercial transactions. Mr. Baxter has worked in a variety of industries including AI, data analytics, healthcare, software, Internet and new media, entertainment, telecommunications, and medical device sectors. Mr. Baxter has over 30 years' experience advising clients in licensing and transactional matters and successfully closing transactions.
Keven currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cloudhands, Inc., an AI company. He has held a number of senior management positions with technology companies, most recently as Vice President for Fair Isaac Corporation, which develops and markets scoring and analytic solutions to the financial, insurance, healthcare, telecommunications and other industries. Mr. Baxter managed the worldwide operational legal activity for Fair Isaac. Keven has also served as General Counsel for Buy.com and Interplay Entertainment taking them through their IPOs. Keven began his career as a business and technology lawyer with the national law firm Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.
Keven received his JD degree from the University of California, Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law. He also received an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas Graduate School of Business. He received a BA in Economics with Honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Mr. Baxter has been licensed in California since 1988.
